1. Do you feel like your writing has improved this semester? Why or why not? In what ways has it improved? In what ways do you want to continue improving your writing?
Of course. I did’t know how to write essay in english before take this class. However, I learned about many things in this class that important to write essay such as thesis statement, conclusion, persuasive writing and so on. In addition, I want to continue improve grammatical correction in my writing.
3. In what other areas do you think you have improved during the semester (grammar, speaking, vocabulary, confidence, etc.)? In what areas do you still need to continue improving? What will you do in order to improve in those areas?
I thinks that my confidence in writing is very improving during this semester. However, I have fear of speaking in english until now. I had to drop the english speech class last semester because of my fear of speaking in english. I need to improve my english speech skill in order to get a job what I want.
4. Was this the first time you kept a blog? Did you enjoy blogging? Was blogging a helpful way to practice writing? Did you enjoy reading your classmates' blogs? Do you think you will continue blogging in the future?
This is my first time I keep a blog. Actually, I was too hard to upload blog on time. Blogging is helpful way to practice writing but upload once a week is so hard. However, I enjoy reading my calssmates’ blogs. The fact that people vary in their writing styles is so interested to me.
5. What did you learn this semester? What do you want to learn in future semesters?
I leaned english phonology, modern english drama, education psychology, intermediate english reading and writing and so on. Although my major is education, I interested in english literature. I want to learn about more english literature in future semester.
